Kinland New Homes has appointed Oakmont as Main Contractor for a bespoke project in the heart of Clapham’s Abbeville Village. Following a two-stage procurement route, Oakmont will serve as Principal Contractor to deliver the shell and core of the building, while working closely with Kinland to negotiate the fit-out and join them in their vision of creating homes to the highest possible standard. The project comprises nine bespoke apartments, each finished to exceptional standards.
